Welcome! I want to help you heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Besides massage, I do life, career, relationship, and health coaching, as well as business consulting.

I approach all my work with compassion, gratitude, intention, and attention. I focus on getting to know you and then designing sessions to maximize my ability to help your specific areas of concern.
